Family Fare $40.00 (four persons, no coupons)
Note: Children under 2 ride free when held.
No car seats permitted
Group rates (20+) passes/coupons are honored
Groups wishing to be seated together must
board together. Open seating is utilized and
saving seats not permitted.
Advance tickets are available by mail with guaranteed
seating, we no longer accept reservations and payment
by phone for summer and fall events.
INTERNET SITE IS NOT SECURE at this time,
please do not use it for reservations or payment.
Optional Stagecoach Rides - Available with short rides around
the block, lasting approximately 10 minutes.
Cost $3.00 per person
Trip Duration - Train will travel north through "enemy" territory
reaching Carson yard where a battle will be fought with some
suprises along the way. Visit free the encampment at Jefferson
and village merchants. Approximately an hour and a quarter
round trip. Picnic style lunch is available in our trackside cafe.
Weather Considerations - the event will be run regardless
of weather. During late June temperatures do vary widely so
please dress appropriately. Flip Flops not recommended,
positively no bare feet allowed.
Coaches - two built in 1927 have windows that open and ceiling
Fans, one built in 1925 with full air-conditioning plus an open car.
There is one lavatory available after leaving the station.
