Santa on the Train

Complimentary (pink/yellow) tickets are 
not accepted for this event.

Paid Reservation is required; we assign 
seats to maximize our capacity.  Late 
add-ons are not accepted. 

Advance Tickets beginning September 1, 2013 
through our web site.

Call Center will be available after November 1,
hours Mon - Fri 9 to 9; Sat 10 - 6; Sun 10 - 2    

Convenience charge is added to each ticket 

No Refund for "No Shows" at time of ride.
Purchases are final 72 hours prior to 
departure.

Advance tickets are held in "Will Call" 
for pickup at the time of your ride.

Will-Call Tickets are no longer mailed 
but are held in "Will Call" at the ticket 
booth for pick-up at the time of your ride. 

Ride duration is approximately one hour 
for round trip to the "North Pole" at Carson 
Yard and return.  Upon arrival Santa waves 
to all and then boards the train to Jefferson. 
During the return trip visits with all and 
presents each child age 1 to 12 a small gift.  
Santa and other characters present are 
available for pictures at Jefferson.
Character appearances are subject to change, 
photos used are from previous seasons.

Coaches are enclosed, heated and decorated 
for the season.  Souvenirs with refreshments 
of pop, candy, water and popcorn are available 
during the ride in our Club Car.

Boarding will begin approximately 20 minutes 
prior to departure.  Plan to arrive no earlier 
that a half hour as there is no shelter other 
than your car, the Jefferson Depot is not 
scheduled to be open.

Weather Considerations. Should conditions 
become extreme and we are unable to safely 
operate the train the event will be canceled.
Refunds will be made within ten working days 
as a credit to charge cards or by check when 
cash was paid.  No cash refunds will be made.

of the event being cancelled.
